Sketchy Stuff

Hey everybody! Really busy and I'm not totally sure whats been released yet... I've got 5 more Magic cards that came out with Mirrodin Besieged. But I'm pretty dissapointed in those pieces so I don't really feel too great about posting them around. - They're all on here though (click)

Anyways,  I really just wanted to update my blog instead of these huge gaps in entries. So heres some sketches I did -

I'll try and put some better stuff up, lots of things being released soon.

Working on the new Kavinsky album so I've been listenin to his beautiful fingers dance on synthesizers.

Freaky awesome characters Dave! I like the anatomy of the first one, kind stylized and his face is really cool.

Hi Dave,

I just felt like I should leave a message to thank you for your open mind and posting of full-steps PSDs. :)

I've stumbled upon your deviantART page a few months ago, went on to your site, was impressed by much of the stuff you do and downloaded a couple of your PSDs. And these sure taught me something !

The "first grey then color" approach - which isn't yours exclusively but which I did get to know thanks to you - turns out to work very well for me too.

I think I may have just reached a superior level in my colouring techniques ! So thanks again, and keep up the good work. :P
